If I complete a survey, when will I be contacted? 

Once your survey has been submitted through the AnyDoor website, you will receive a call from a YCAP Case Manager within 48 hours. If you submit your survey on a Friday, a staff person will get back to you on Monday. Holidays may affect how quickly you get a call. 


How can I update my contact information?

It’s important to let us know if your contact information has changed! You can update your contact information right here by clicking the button below. You can also change your contact information from the Home page screen. YCAP staff will be notified of your updated information once you submit it.


Where am I on the list?

Unlike traditional waitlists, AnyDoor Yamhill is based on a household’s need for housing as well as the eligibility requirements of a variety of housing assistance programs. As households are submitting new applications every day, this means there is no real way to predict where you are on the list.


Once you have been determined eligible for a certain type of housing assistance, there are several factors that determine how quickly you will be able to receive assistance. These factors can include how quickly necessary documentation can be obtained, the amount of spaces open in various housing programs, how quickly an eligible unit can be secured and inspected, and the amount of persons applying for assistance at any given time. AnyDoor Yamhill does not provide emergency housing options, but instead opens access to options for long-term housing stability (such as assistance with rental arrears, deposit, housing search, or ongoing housing assistance.) Who qualifies for housing assistance?

AnyDoor Yamhill screens you for a variety of housing programs at the same time. Each program has a variety of different eligibility factors that you will be assessed for. There is not one particular type of person or situation that qualifies for housing assistance. AnyDoor Yamhill operates within the principals of Fair Housing and does not discriminate or screen persons out based on any federally or state protected classes including: race, color, national origin, religion, gender, familial status, disability, marital status, source of income, sexual orientation or gender identity, and domestic violence history.

How do I sign up for Section 8?
